White Noise is a study in contrast and balance where nerikomi techniques weave black and white clay together in a quiet rhythm of duality. Checkers, swirls and yin yang patterns are a base for a graphic, contrast-driven aesthetic rooted in balance, form and void. 

Made using the Japanese technique of nerikomi using high quality Australian black and white clays. After clay has been stained with different colours, individual patterns and blocks are created, sliced and laid out into a large slab. Finished with clear glaze.
